Partnership for Children offers Targeted Case Management and Individual and Family Therapy to biological, kinship, guardianship or foster/adoptive families caring for children. Caregivers are supported to provide unconditional regard to these children—learning to identify and respond to the child’s needs, rather than react to difficult behaviors.
If you know of a child who would benefit from these Family Support Services, please make a referral.
Partnership for Children works with children and families emerging from a variety of hardships, some which may include domestic violence, the impacts of divorce, and experiences from early life trauma or loss. Individual and family therapy can bring clarity to many behavior problems, such as difficulty managing anxiety or feelings of overwhelm, poor school performance, or escalating conflict in the family and school.
Our Targeted Case Managers support children and families by linking them to services, and advocating for and empowering those families while focusing on their social, emotional, behavioral, and basic needs.
