Corinna grew up on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in southeastern Montana. She is a member of the first graduating class of students earning a BA in Psychology from The Salish and Kootenai College on the Flathead Reservation, with a research emphasis on Historical Trauma and Native Americans. She continues to present on research assessing fish consumption and mercury levels in women of childbearing age, most recently collaborating with the Micmac tribal community in Maine. Corinna creates hope with the families with whom she works, and is raising her nine-year-old son.
