Mitch moved to Montana in 2006 after spending most of his life in Maine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clark University in Massachusetts and an MSW/LCSW from the University of Montana. He has worked in the mental health field since 2005 doing a variety of different jobs including case management, home support services, school-based mental health, and outpatient therapy. He has also worked at The University of Montana as a practicum field supervisor for MSW students. Mitch is passionate about community-based mental health and the role it plays in preserving families. In his free time, Mitch enjoys playing soccer, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
